Good food, made close to home
Avalon Foods is a small food business in Shaheb Bazar, Rajshahi. We make everyday kitchen ingredients, starting with three spice powders: onion, garlic and ginger.
What we make
Our powders are made in small batches from carefully selected ingredients. Each one is dried, ground and packed in 100 g jars, ready for curries, marinades, soups and everyday cooking. You can also buy all three together as the Essential Spice Trio.
Why we make it
Peeling onions, crushing garlic and grating ginger every day takes time. A good powder gives you the flavour in a spoonful, and the same flavour every time. We want home kitchens to have that convenience without giving up on quality.
Where we are
We work from Shaheb Bazar, Ghoramara, Rajshahi, and deliver across Bangladesh with cash on delivery.
