What we collect

When you order or create an account we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and email address, and we keep a record of your orders.

Why we collect it

Only to deliver your orders, call you to confirm them, send you order emails, and help you if something goes wrong.

Cookies

Our cookies only keep you signed in, remember your cart, and show one-time messages such as “Saved”. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

Analytics

We count visits with a privacy-friendly analytics tool that sets no cookies and does not identify you. It records which pages are viewed, the site that sent you here, and your browser, device type and country.

Who sees your data

We never sell your data. The courier delivering your order sees your name, phone number and address. Our email provider sends order emails on our behalf. No one else receives it.

Deleting your data

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we will delete your account and personal details. We may keep order records where the law requires it.
