Delivery & Returns
Delivery
We deliver across Bangladesh and you pay cash on delivery. After you order, we call to confirm, then hand your parcel to one of our courier partners.
- Rajshahi: usually 1–2 days
- Rest of Bangladesh: usually 2–4 days
Delivery charges
We will tell you the delivery charge when we call to confirm your order.
The charge for your area is also shown at checkout, before you place the order.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo by WhatsApp or email. We will replace the item or refund you.
Because these are food products, opened items cannot be returned for any other reason.
