Orders and confirmation

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We call the phone number you give to confirm it. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm or cannot fulfil, and we will tell you if we do.

Prices

Prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable. The delivery charge for your area is shown at checkout. Prices may change, but never for an order we have already confirmed.

Payment

Payment is cash on delivery. Please pay the courier the total shown on your order.

Cancellation

You can cancel free of charge any time before your order is dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us on +880 1933-309009.

Product information

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Packaging may change, and photos can differ slightly from the product you receive.

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Bangladeshi consumer law.
