How it's made

From nature to your kitchen

Here is what happens between raw onion, garlic and ginger and the jar in your kitchen.

  1. Sourcing

We buy onion, garlic and ginger from local growers and markets, and choose firm, fresh produce without rot or damage.

  2. Cleaning and drying

Everything is peeled, washed and sliced, then dried until it is crisp. Drying fully is what keeps the powder free-flowing and lets it keep well.

  3. Grinding

The dried slices are ground into a fine powder and sieved so the texture is even.

  4. Packing

The powder is packed into sealed jars, labelled with the product name and net weight.

  5. Delivery

When you order, we call to confirm, then send your jars with a courier partner. You pay in cash when they arrive.
